Our Bahia Kino property  has come a long way. What was once an abandoned lonely house is now one of the nicest houses on its street. We have re-done everything. We chose not to remodel the house as a 5 star luxury villa, instead we created an economical, clean, interesting, and very spacious vacation rental less than 200 paces from the Sea of Cortez. All linens, kitchen items, furnishings and everything you will need is here. The beach is right down the street and you can hear the waves from the house. We are located on a very quiet street with fantastic neighbors.

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom has one California King size bed.  There is a closet for clothes. The room is very large and the bathroom is right outside the door.

 

 

Bedroom 2 has 1 double sized bed.  There is a very nice view of the mountains from the window.

 

 

 

Bedroom 3 has 1 queen size bed and 1 set of 2 bunk beds.  The bunk beds are designed for children.

 

 

There is one bathroom and the shower has hot water and good pressure.  There is a large family area with a couch, chairs, and plenty of room for lounging.  Clean off and enjoy a cool shower using our out doors beach shower.  There is a separate grilling and dining area for your use.  The large entry way is a great place to store your beach gear, bicycles, coolers or other items.

The beach is very close and restaurants, shops, parks, museums, golf and more are all within walking distance. There is also great hiking, mountain biking and off road vehicle driving all within view of the house.

We have had many happy renters over the years and would like very much to include you as a guest. Come and visit us in tranquil Kino Bay Sonora Mexico, like many of us you might just decide to stay.
